First Week Favorites

Hi everyone, happy November!  It graced us with a nice “cold” front this weekend and we’ve had the windows open all weekend!  We can’t go do anything out there though cause the mosquitoes are HORRIBLE, ugh, little jerks.  There’s some good stuff planned here this week: a cool new project and TWO link parties.  Come link up tomorrow morning at 9am for Talented Tuesday and again on Wednesday night for On Display Thursday which I am a new co-host of!  Can’t wait to see all y’all’s inspiration :)

Starting it off are my November First Week Favorites:

***some of these are affiliate links, meaning when you click them, I make a small percentage off any purchase you make.  It’s stuff I love and doesn’t cost y’all anything, it just supports this blog a little :)
one
Kohler Moxie Bluetooth Showerhead
My husband loves any bluetooth device he can cast his music through so this would have been the PERFECT Christmas gift for him if it would go onto our master bath showerhead, which it won’t cause we have a handheld system :(  It even come in colors!  You better believe that if we ever have a master bath with a normal showerhead, it is getting replaced with one of these immediately.  There’s nothing better than some tunes in the shower.
two
Bundtlette Pan
I just got myself the regular Nordic Ware Heritage bundt pan but then a couple weekends ago in Houston, we found this, little mini versions!!!  It took everything in me not to get it too. The big one makes such awesome looking cakes (I’ve got a delicious recipe with it posting soon!) it would be so perfect to have awesome mini ones to serve guests.  Ok, I still might have to get myself one…
three
Teysha Boots
We visited this booth at Austin City Limits this year and loved all of their products as well as their business.  They were soooo nice and passionate about their products.  The boots were really well made and are completely custom!  You pick everything; style, leather, fabric, soles…all of it, and their artisans in Guatemala make each pair by hand.  They have ankle boots, riding boots (love!), sandals, men’s and women’s, and all kinds of accessories.  They would make such a good gift for someone.  I got a small bag until I can get some boots but my friend is ordering some and I can’t wait to see them!
four
Pottery Barn Arc Sconces
I’ve been wanting to update our master bedroom a little and I keep coming back to these large sconces for each side of our bed.  I like that they would add more visual interest in the bare open spaces next to our bed, plus free up our nightstand tops.  We aren’t in the market for adding electrical mounts to the wall so the fact that these plug in is great.
five
Industrial Weathered Wood Clock
We have a similar clock above our mantel but it’s pretty crappy quality.  The arms are loose and drop down to the bottom sometimes and it’s a pain in the butt to fix.  I love this one, it’s bigger and has much more detail, and I’m sure runs right.
six

I saw this shirt when we were shopping in Houston and just really, really liked it.  I mean, I liked everything in there, but this was at the top of the list.  I did make out with a sale-priced cardigan though, which I’m sure I won’t be able to wear until January.  I’m watching this guy in case it goes on sale anytime soon.  Those crochet shoulders and gold buttons just speak to me, business hippie :)
