I hope all of you guys had a great long Thanksgiving weekend full of good food and good shoppin’ deals :) I’m not one for people most of the time so Black Friday is definitely not something I partake in, but I’ll get down on some online deals all.day.long! I usually have most of my shopping done by now, but this year I’ve been slacking so Cyber Monday is going to be a busy one this year. Here are my December First Week Favorites featuring some things that may or may not be gifts this year ;)
***some of these are affiliate links, meaning when you click them, I make a small percentage off any purchase you make. It’s stuff I love and doesn’t cost y’all anything, it just supports this blog a little :)

Our desk area in the office is a rats nest of cords and I hate it with a passion. Then last week I saw Carrie at Dream Green DIY’s post about all the Bluelounge cord organization doohickies and was amazed at how much better it looked! I ordered a few things during their Black Friday sale (going on through today!) and will share with y’all how they all work for us later on of course.

Y’all know I’m not one for bright colors and that goes for holiday decorating too. Aside from some maroon and dark greens, all of our Christmas decorations are ivory, tan, or natural items like shells (and my acorn and driftwood garland) so I love this Joss & Main stocking with silver chevron over burlap. I need more people in my family to get more cute stockings for!
three
My next project is to build some industrial pipe shelves in the office but since I won’t be getting to those as soon as I had hoped, I am now accumulating cute baskets and shelf decor for them. I love these from Nate of course.

I think it’s safe to assume y’all’s men shed items when they get home like mine does? Mine lands his stuff all along the bar so I got the Nate Berkus wing bowl from Target to corral it (and as an excuse to buy that bowl), but it is still overflowing. I’m contemplating this cool contraption which seems to have a spot for all of his accouterments. Plus it looks really cool!

I saw this puppy on Friday while we were in Houston but went with another fur throw instead. But I am going to keep an eye on it through all these sales cause I love it’s design. It looks like a wool blanket but it was really soft!

These things have been all around blogland lately (here and here) and I want all of them! Their color combinations are spot-on, oooorrrr, you can make your own which is pretty dang cool. I don’t know of any little kid that wouldn’t want to help make their own strand of these for their room, I sure would have. They’d be such a great gift too.
Oh man that blanket looks cozy!
I wish I would have grabbed it Elise!
Oh I’ve been coveting those Bright Lab lights, too!
Aren’t they the coolest?!? They would be so perfect in a kids room!
I agree that the blanket looks so soft and cozy!
I like those lights too. So fun.
I need both of them! Thanks Keisha :)
So cool! I love the ones you picked out!
Yay, thanks!!
Thanks for linking up to Pin Worthy Wednesday, I have pinned your post to the Pin Worthy Wednesday Pinterest Board. I love the lights :)
Hi Amber! Thanks!!
