Added a couple of Nate Berkus moroccan shag pillows from Target to the couch. I love how these are firm and not super soft and flimsy like most throw pillows are. I need support man!
The mother-of-pearl and gold tray is from HomeGoods and these are my first acquisitions for my design/decor library. Yes, we leave our remotes out. I have tried putting them in the boxes below the coffee table but they don’t stay there long at all so I have given up. At least they are orderly now.
The center frame is new from HomeGoods. I like that it has a slightly modern texture with the ovals but is still in neutral colors.
The biggest addition has been the Poang leather chair from Ikea. The linen and silver chevron pillow is from HomeGoods and the gray felt storage ottoman was a Target clearance rack score.
The foyer table decor has also been difficult for me but I have found that less is more here. Maybe one more small box or something on the left, maybe. The table itself was only $40 at World Market a few years ago thanks to crazy discounts and coupons and was actually used as our TV stand before I got the Pottery Barn Logan system. The white wood vase and large glass bottle are from World Market and the antler is the only deer shed I’ve found in the field myself. The glass vase and antler idea was inspired by this YHL post of course. Picture frame is Nate Berkus from Target, the mirror was from Joss & Main, and the floor lamp is the Sutter from Pottery Barn (thank you rewards points!). The vintage boat props underneath (next to the surround sound monstrosity -which I would like to make a cover for like Dana did here) have been collected by my father-in-law and I love them.
Follow me on Facebook and Instagram to get sneak peeks of things as I find them while out shoppin’.
Our new quartz master bathroom countertop is scheduled to be installed tomorrow morning, just in time for Friday’s post!!
Getting some good pics with your new camera. :) looks nice.
